How does it stop feeling like your fault?
How can I make the guilt go away. I know it’s not my fault, but I still feel like there’s something I can do. He chooses to drink in our garage with the door open instead of our fenced in backyard with expensive lawn furniture and hot tub and he’s started making the neighborhood kids uneasy. They’ve stopped playing outside when he’s home. I don’t know what to do and I don’t have money for therapy for myself. I’m lost
