I recently started trying to get into running, I have good shoes and train football 2 nights a week and also match on Saturdays, anytime I go to run I get mad pains in my ankle, it’s okay for the 1st km but then it pain gets that much it makes me limp. Anyone suggest anything or is best going to get it checked out
