Problems logging into my FolderFort billing account
I am experiencing ongoing issues logging into my FolderFort billing account. Each time I attempt to sign in, my password is not recognized, and I am forced to reset it and create a new password to gain access. This happens repeatedly and prevents me from reliably accessing my account.

Lifetime users: we will do our best to carry forward the value already paid, including allowing eligible users to move a portion of existing lifetime storage into Folder Fort Business without paying again for that carried-over storage amount.
Active subscribers: we also plan to offer major early-switching benefits for moving into Folder Fort Business first.
