Started Elvanse 20mg two weeks ago and upped to 30mg few days ago. First I feel calm, but then overwhelm starts to set in + task paralysis feel worse. My awareness and overwhelm around everything I have to do is worse, but my ability to do them has not improved significantly. Its like Im losing my mind and cant do anything about it 😃 I think my patience and tolerance are also lower because Im so overwhelmed.

Please tell me this is just transition period. Has anybody experienced similar? Anything that helps it improve? If you had such an experience on a stimulant, did it go away and get better or did you have to switch?
