Tips for controller to wheel after 7 years
After 7 years of controller on xbox I just got a thrustmaster tx with open wheel and t3pns and it's great but I'm struggling to get used to some things:
All the different things you now have to do, because on controller everything you do is with your hands, but on wheel you're using your arms to turn, thumbs on buttons while remembering to use your legs to brake and accelerate
Not being able to tell when your car's sliding or locking up because of no vibration compared to controller. Anytime especially on F1 is you slide or lock up you know because your controller vibrates. With the wheel I'm trying to adapt to it going light on braking and fighting on slides.
Tt laps were about top 20-30% on controller, but it feels like I'll have to relearn things like trailbraking which could be months learning.
Any tips to make it easier pls comment!
