Am really struggling to find ACC on my new merc. Have the cables run and looking at the passenger footwell fuse box, they all maintain 14v.
Am at a loss.
Any ideas where I can get the ACC from or how to power the A229 Plus?
Cooked 3/4” thick sirloin steaks on Weber charcoal bbq couple times. Indirect for 4-5mins and then seared when it hit 45C. I didn’t seem to get much of a crust.
Should I just go straight to high heat on those given thickness and forget the indirect cooking?
Got a Weber master touch kettle a few weeks ago. Did chicken wings for first time with a rub designed by CoPilot…tastiest wings I’ve ever had if I do say so myself.
Indirect heat followed by a quick sear. Crispy skin and plenty of flavour. Makes a change from the usual dried chicken breast at family bbqs.
Oh and all for me this time for testing out the bbq… might share the next batch and I’ll do a sauce up then as well.
