Is highlight milk meant to be layered over SPF?
If anyone’s tried layering it over sunscreen please let me know how it performs because that’s the only reason I’m torn on buying it, I always wear sunscreen under my makeup. Since it’s a milky toner just with shimmer that’s what’s throwing me off because normally I would use a milky toner before moisturizer and sunscreen.
