Seemingly After installing vWii Clos, USB drive stopped being recognized by USB Loaders (Nintendon't Still Works)

My drive is supported and does work. It has 2 partitions on it and the partition table is MBR. One for Wii games, and another for Wii U games (shouldn't be important) I was following the Wii hacks guide and was checking if everything was functional on my Wii U each step of the way. I got homebrew apps working and I got USBLoaderGX to recognize both my GC and Wii games on this USB drive. I knew that Wii games wouldn't load until I installed the proper CIos but everything was otherwise working. So I followed the rest of the vWii guide including the patched IOS 80 installer and so on, this time without checking after each step since I thought that nothing could go wrong at that point. Now I can't get any USB loader to read the damn thing. But other homebrew and Nintendon't still work, even when GC games don't work in a USB loader. here's what I've tried

- Reinstalling CIos (x2-3)

- Reinstalling the IOS 80 patch

- Make one FAT32 partition

- Reformat the partition into WBFS

- Remake the partition

- Change settings in USB Loader (Multiple Partitions, Different USB slot, etc.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know that the problem does seem to point towards a problem with the CIos, but I don't know what else to try.
