Looking for a title and artist for an old blues song. I thought it was called "Say What You Mean" and it was on an album that the title said something about West Coast. I have tried to look up the lyrics and albums with no luck

The first verse is:

Say what you mean babe

Come on and hit me with the truth

Don't put no sugar on it darling, I ain't gonna break or bruise.

I've tried searching the lyrics but the song results are even close to this song.
