Hey everyone, I’m planning to start gym from next week and wanted some honest advice.
My details:
- Age: 21M
- Height: 6’2”
- Weight: 65 kg (underweight)
- Goal: Gain muscle + improve overall fitness
- Diet: Non-vegetarian
- Location: Kalyan (Mumbai)
My daily schedule:
- Wake up: 3:45 am
- Leave home: 5:00 am
- Office: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Reach home: ~5:30 pm
- Sleep: 9:30 pm
Plan:
- Gym timing: around 5:45–7:00 pm (gym is 2 min from home)
I’m a complete beginner, so any practical advice would help a lot. Thanks!
