I checked out 2 premium flats in Ghatkopar West, near R City Mall, and I’m looking for like-minded flatmates to move in with.

Both flats are on higher floors, have great views, spacious rooms, and access to premium amenities, including 🏋️ Gym, 🏊 Swimming Pool, 🏓 Table Tennis, 🏸 Badminton Court, and more.

Non-master bedroom (larger room, single bed): ₹23K
Non-master bedroom (comparatively smaller room, double bed): ₹27K
Master bedroom (significantly larger, suitable for 2 people): ₹40K

✨ All 3 bedrooms have large windows along one wall, with plenty of natural light.

🌆 Option 2: The Address by Wadhwa — 21st Floor

Non-master bedroom with a separate washroom: ₹35K

Spacious Setup: Massive 900 sq ft flat with huge 15x12 rooms (a rare find for Mumbai!).
Society: RNA Heights, JVLR. Great weather, peaceful society with a Gym, Swimming Pool, and plenty of walking area.
Connectivity: Step out and get an auto instantly. Direct bus stand right downstairs for Nesco, Nerlon, and Oberoi.
Metro & Train: Just 1 km from the Aqua Line metro station. 30 mins to Dadar with smooth connectivity to South Bombay.

💰 THE FINANCIALS 💰
Rent: ₹32,500 / month (Total flat rent is ₹63k. This is updated and fixed for the year)
Deposit: ₹90,000
Brokerage: ₹10,000 one-time (Broker stays in the building itself, so the this year ₹20k brokerage is split with the incoming person). In a way you can assume rent as 33,500.

We had bought furniture like sofa, washing machine.
I can let you use as long as you stay in case I vacate. But I don’t plan to vacate atleast for a year.
