Looking for accommodation in Navi Mumbai – Sanpada / Nerul / Juinagar / Vashi

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for accommodation in Navi Mumbai, with a move-in date around 5th September 2026.

I’m preferably looking for a single room with an attached/private washroom, but I’m open to:
- Single room in a PG
- Single room in a preoccupied flat
- 1 RK

Budget:
- Single occupancy: ₹15k–20k/month
- Double occupancy: ₹10k–15k/month

Preferred areas: Sanpada, Nerul, Juinagar or Vashi.

If you know of any vacancy, available PG/room, preoccupied flat, or rental WhatsApp/Facebook group in these areas, please let me know.

Thanks in advance! 🙌

Need suggestions: Moving to Navi Mumbai for work – which area should I stay in?

Hi everyone,

I’ll be moving to Navi Mumbai next month for work. My office is in Shree Sawan Knowledge Park (Turbhe/Juinagar), and I’m looking for a place to stay.

After doing some research, Nerul seems like the best option. I’ve also been considering Sanpada and Vashi, but I’d love to hear from people who actually live or work in the area.

A little about my requirements:
- Budget: ₹10k–20k
- Looking for a single/ double occupancy setup (1 RK, 1 BHK, preoccupied flat, or a good PG)
- Daily office commute is important
- Prefer a safe area with decent restaurants, grocery stores, and good connectivity

Would you recommend Nerul, or is there a better area I should consider? Also, if you know any good societies, PGs, or Facebook/WhatsApp groups for rentals, please share them.

Any advice for someone moving to Navi Mumbai for the first time would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
