what should he do?

so basically i knew a kid in india. where he literally couldnt do anything, because most people are smarter than him or more powerful than him. and they kept abusing him wih it.
so one day he decides that he had enough and went to the people he knew for 10$ so he can get out of this miserable life . hoping to live somewhere else living any other life than this.
but those guys for whatever reasons choose not to give him the money and kept him at work where they can earn money from him. and the place where he was working kept abusing him more since due to information they had on him.
eventually the guy realised that , nobody is going to help him so he started doing odd jobs and earned some money . hoping to use that money in some way to lose these people.
Then one day , someone told him about usa. so he started planning to move to usa. but the people who were abusing him couldn''t be okay that he is gone. so they used their connections in usa to bring him to a place where they had control. Due to visa restrictions on indians on usa , he couldn't get out of their control and they kept enjoying what they have always been doing.
he grew older living the same life as in india even in usa and they grew richer, doing nothing but fxk with him.
so what should he do?
