Low boiler pressure and can't re-pressurise

Potterton boiler, Megaflo unvented cylinder, 7 years old, serviced annually.

Boiler pressure dropped over a few days to ~0.2 bar. Went to repressurise via the filling loop as normal but the braided hose feels completely limp and no water in it at all despite both valves being fully open. Initially heard a brief sound when opening the valves, now nothing.

All other taps in the house have normal mains pressure so it's not a supply issue.

Checked no stopcocks have been knocked, no local work going on anywhere I know of.

Is there anything else worth checking before I call a plumber?
