Does dry cleaning get the "ThredUp Smell" out of the clothes?
I have had an unfortunate need to return a large bundle almost entirely and have decided to take shopping credit rather than a refund. There have been higher end items I've been attracted to and almost bought, but didn't because they're dry clean only. Everything I buy goes into a vinegar soak, sometimes a double soak, and washed (sometimes twice!) to get rid of that sweet perfume-y odor that permeates every garment sold on ThredUp - if you don't know what I'm talking about, thank your lucky stars you're not sensitive to chemical/fragrance. Anyone in this sub have actual knowledge/experience?
