Hello,

I’ve been doing precast estimating (storm/sanitary) for about 2 years now and I’ve really made a living for myself in this field. However, I’m looking to make a switch into civil estimating as I believe this is the next step that makes sense for me to take in my career.

I’m efficient with reading plans/specifications, paying attention to detail. Which other skills/softwares should I be learning that will be desirable to hiring managers?

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated!
