Hey all,

My partner and I are looking at a house in the Northwest corner of Willard Hay neighborhood, just a couple blocks east of Theo Wirth Parkway. We have lived in Powderhorn Park and Lyndale Neighborhood of South MPLS, but not as familiar with the North area. I know that the general vibe of a neighborhood can change a lot block by block in mpls, but would appreciate any input from people that live around there now or have lived there recently!

Receive: '26 2.06, 3.01, and Gainwell ;

Give: Pitts and Pollard ;

I'm fine at TE with Loveland and Hock, and deep at RB position. Able to compete now, but definitely a level below several juggernat teams and lacking draft picks this year. Pitts and Pollard will not make or break my team.

Thoughts?
