You can't get Shardholder after completing Quest Augments

After completion of quest (Wooglet Witchcap), Annie wasn't able to get Shardholder item after taking several augments.

- She committed to play stats anvil before Wooglet Witchcap appeared on 2nd augment.
- She's able to finish the quest by buying them before continuing buying stat anvil.
- After 25+ stat anvil, Shardholder doesn't appear in her anvil selection.
