I sent in a loci around a month ago and was only just now informed that I can send in emails as well (this probably sounds slow of me but I basically had a busy month and forgot about that technique). Do these emails have to be new updates since I'd sent in my loci or can they just be simple reminders/repetitions of what I wrote in my loci? Tyyy
