Torque and tightening sequence?

Hello. Have a 2019 x3 30i sdrive and planning on changing out the plastic coolant flange and the oil filter housing. Going with OEM.

Does have the torque values and/or torque sequence for the coolant flange, oil filter housing bolts to engine and transmission cooler to oil filter housing?

I've seen 8nm and 10nm mentioned for those so not sure which one is the correct one.

Here are the parts l. Going with OEM plastic.
