We are a Dutch company now expanding to the United States, and we are going to put out a vacancy very soon for the Orlando area. Most probably, it will be in Celebration.
We are looking right now at what we want to be and provide to our team members. Could you help give your opinion about what you think is a fair compensation and extras, which we should provide to our American colleague?
What we are searching for are people with experience in the travel industry. It would be amazing if they have experience with selling cruises. With selling cruises, we don't need somebody who does outbound calls. We have our platform, and you'll receive inbound calls from people who are interested in cruises. You'll help them on our website find the correct cruise for them.

This is a full-time, non-commissioned position based in our Orlando-area office.
Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience
Health, dental, and vision: We contribute $450 per month (tax-free) through an Individual Coverage HRA, so you can choose the marketplace plan that fits you best.
