is this jhana?

new to meditation, started in January have been meditating 30mins per day everyday, just simble breath concentration. I’ve been seeing positive benefits pretty much from the start, the usuals: calmer, less reactive, less erratic, etc. I don’t expecting anything more to be honest, just happy to be less neurotic than I was. I follow some meditation guys on twitter (now X)e.g nick cammarata, they always talk about jhana, bliss, cessation etc, not too interested in those cause they require insane commitments to achieve. So yesterday while meditating, I became extremely distracted due to numbing and slight pain in my body from my posture, I didn’t really want to change posture but the distraction kept increasing, I decided in order to not mess up my meditation, I would completely wrap my awareness in my breath, and I would act as though my breath was all I was and my body was just a vessel, immediately I did this I noticed a bright light envelope my visual field (eyes were closed) and It felt like my body was truly not me (lost all awareness of all the numbing and pain), I felt some bliss I guess cos it was nice. Lasted probably till the rest of the meditation.(like 5minutes) Just wondering if this is a special state like jhana 1 or just nothing special
