As the titles says, I'm looking for spd shoes that don't scrape. At the moment I'm using cheap decathlon shoes and so far I like riding clipped in. What I don't like, however, is that the cleats are starting to leave traces of damage on my concrete driveway.

Does anyone have any shoe recommendations where the cleats are nicely recessed into the shoe sole?

I'm looking to change my 2x front rings (50-34) to something lower. Would it be possible to use a sora 3x chainring with my 2x front shifter? I don't need the largest ring on the 3x.
