That was fun! At first I sorted all the pieces the wrong way (by background color), so I had to re-sort everything after I finished the board
If anyone's going to assemble this puzzle, I'd recommend setting aside all the knight pieces into a completely separate pile right from the start 👑
I used to think myself a patient and observant person.
This puzzle proved me wrong.
I've spent 6+ hours on it today and couldn't even finish the border.
The pieces seem to fit anywhere, everything is the same color, and I can't see any difference in texture. My poor lighting isn't helping either. I've tried sorting, double-sorting and resorting. I've tried working on different sections. But it's all useless. For the past hour I haven't found a place for a single piece, and I'm about to flip the table.
What do you guys do in situations like this? Take it apart and gift it to someone else? Give it a rest? Or is there some kind of secret technique?
