1 hour glucose results - did I skew them?

I will talk with my doctor but curious to hear your opinions. 32F, PCOS but no other medical conditions.

With my first pregnancy I failed the 1 hr taking it in the afternoon and eating breakfast and lunch but passed all 4 readings of the three hour at 28 weeks. I decided this pregnancy I would do my one hour in the morning eating only eggs before. So I ate two eggs and some water an hour before the drink. My OB office gives you the drink to take home and says to drink 30 mins before you go in for your appointment. No food or water after. But says nothing about movement.

So I drank it, dropped my toddler at daycare, and then walked up the stairs in the drs office to do the test. I passed with a 103. Did I skew the results with that much movement? I had my 3rd trimester labs drawn a few days earlier at my 28 week appointment and my sugar 2-3 hrs after lunch was 75 so I don’t think I have GDM but obviously I don’t want to miss finding it.
