I need y'all opinions on having a 1.5hp ac, because I've been considering the electricity bill on having 1hp with 100% throttle or a 1.5hp using higher electricity but low wattage on idle because its cooling effect is superior.

Considering I live in a tropical country sometimes hitting 40°C and also having a beefy pc that produces heat wdyt is the best option here? TYIA
