Flipping Locally as a Minor
I began flipping locally on Facebook marketplace for a couple months now and have successfully sold 2 PCs. I list under my personal account as a minor with parental supervision, just so i can get a few ratings for when i become of legal age. After listing a motherboard yesterday, I was given a message for unusual activity, which requires an ID to confirm.
I am a little stuck on how to continue this hobby, and sell a PC that I have already accumulated parts for.
- Should I list on a parents account for a year or so? (kinda want those ratings though)
- Any alternative to Facebook? (preferably cash/local shipping)
- Is it worth continuing while underage?
I would love to hear any idea or experiences from others with this problem. Thanks!
