Customer snitched on me! Kids lying!

Customer snitched on me! Kids lying!

I arrive at the customer's address hauling in lots of bags. Out front were two kids playing catch with each other. I grab the second load of bags and not fully aware I tripped on one of the steps leading to the porch. I had accidentally cussed as I fell as I said in a medium tone voice, "F**k". One of the kids heard it and was like, "Ooh, he said a bad word" and then both of them sprinted inside.

As I grabbed my last load carefully watching my step this time and after taking my proof of delivery photo, a lady comes out to ask me why her kids were telling her that I was cussing them out. I denied it and I told her that I tripped on one of the steps and without telling her what I accidentally said, I told her that all I said was "Fudge". All she said was "Ohh" when I told her I tripped on the step and not even asking if I was ok. She told me that it sucked that I fell and that she didn't believe that I said "Fudge".

She thinks that her kids were telling the truth that I was calling them names and cussing them out which was not true at all and that she was going to call Walmart. She flicks her hand and nods her head rolling her eyes as I leave. I report the incident immediately to support and they told me there were going to note and flag the address and I got the reference number they provided to me.

But the question is why I still received this message when I had told support about the incident? Yes I accidentally cussed but the kids were lying to their mother about me calling them names and cussing them out. Just unbelievable!

I've seen the posts, and it just happened at my store

Curbsides getting canceled left and right. When checking in, the status is at Not Started. I got booted off of the Spark app for too many cancellations for an hour even though it was the store cancelling. No driver was able to complete a curbside today. My guess was either the store was understaffed or a system error occurred. Has this happened at any other stores recently?

This morning I took a Home Depot order after I completed a two shop order from Walmart. The pay was bumped up to 20 for 4 miles when I took it. After I pickup the order from the locker, I begin to deliver the order and when I arrive at the address, it was listed as a house but the place seemed to be an office of an event center area. I call the customer but went to voicemail and I left a message. Since an address number was outside the door and there was a bench on the porch area, I left the order on the bench with the proof of delivery photo. I probably should have return the order, but what would you guys have done?

Welp, was receiving good offers these past two weeks parking a little further away from the store in a public shopping center across the street from the Sam's Club in my market. Yesterday a driver who I usually see on shopping and curbside orders found my spot and when he received a good offer, he tells me that now he sees why I keep getting all the orders and he said he would tell everyone about this spot. Fast forward to today, the drivers were all in where I had been waiting for the past two weeks to receive decent offers. I guess drivers have to figure it out some ways in order to get orders. Does anyone here hate when drivers find your secret spot?
