Hello, I dont smoke, drink, vape and I think my heart is healthy as far as I can tell

I am a 15 year old male, 5'10 weighing 73kg or 160lbs, I am not overweight and have a history of major heart problems in my male family members on the paternal side.

I live in ireland am irish and have diagnosed dyspraxia, take no medications.

about 1 week ago, I was in class and i felt some shocky almost rumbling shock like feeling on my thumb muscle (the one between your wrist and palm)of my right hand, I thought it was weird when it didnt go away but over the course of a few minutes it spread to my left hand and to both hands fingers and full palms and hands eventually, the entire day whenever i pressed against something with my fingers or hand I would be shocked, that day it almost felt like when you pull those gum packets with the electric shocky things and you feel a very slight rumbly shock that goes through your hands, I went to bed normal time and got about 8 hours of sleep.

Next day I got up and then got ready ate food and went to school, 1st class i felt nauseous but not too badly, weird feeling of nausia, didnt feel normal almost like something was misalined in my body, I went to PE and didnt exert myself alot, way below a comfertable level, bacically just walked for 20 minutes and swung a few tennis rackets hard, nothing abnormal but by the end of PE I felt an aura coming, usually with migraines which are really really rare for me only once every few months, i get unfocused and cant see well but this time it was like when you stare at a lightbulb or the sun and the things you look at goes black right in the centre, It slowly got worse until I litterally had 95% vision loss, i was fully aware and iy was like my body and brain were alive and aware but my senses were falling behind, I stupidly went to class and then after the preasure feeling behind the eyes started like any migraine, I called home and got some paracetemol, once in bed the nausia started again and I felt the pain of being about to puke along with the worst migraine ive ever had, the left half of my body went numb for 30 minutes until i fell asleep, I slept for hours until i woke up with no bad feelings at all aside from the shocking of course, fell asleep again after dinner and shower and stuff,

woke up next day and was fine, no symptoms aside from the shocks like usual, tried picking up a mug and it static shocked me not like the weird shocks ive felt before, now it was a static shock and that was throughout my entire hand, when pressing my hand against something I would feel a static shock, not like one, it litterally felt exactly the same as one, this continued for a few days until friday i think when I went to the doctor and told him about my symptoms and he ordered bloods but didnt think much of it.

I then went on with my life until sunday, I woke up at 2am with the worst pain you could imagine in your leg, a bit dramatic but not very dramatic, at its worst it was a 9 out of 10 pain, it kind of felt like my right thigh was smashed with a sledgehammer over and over until the bone and muslce was a liquid, If i didnt move the pain turned to a 3 or 4 but i had to stay in a really uncomfertable position like from the cartoons when the person with the broken leg has it raised, but i used my dog as the sling, the pain was in a ring from my groin to my outer thigh running across my leg, I couldnt put any weight on it, also my knee couldnt fully extend due to pain more managable since its not hard to keep knee bent but at the same level as the thigh pain, I couldnt sleep and essentially just laid there with my phone in my hand until 6am when I got up cause of boredom that somehow outweighed the pain of my leg, I got up and put on trousers like a paralised person and hopped to the couch 2 rooms away, i sat down with much pain and watched tv for a while until my parents got up, i told them about the pain and along with every other symptom, they decided to bring me to tallagh childrens emergency hospital, they also noticed a rash came up extremely fast on both arms then went down just as fast, after a long drive and a medical emergency on the road we had to wait for the ambulance to come take care of the woman, we pulled up to the hospital and I expected a hobble in but by that time I very convinently had almost no leg pain so I went in and the triage nurses took my vitals and said, ''come here to take vitals once an hour until the doctor is ready'', well I did that for 7 hours until i noticed that i had no pain feeling in my forearm for pinches, just pinches not anything else, I told the nurse and she took vitals didnt seem to care much, after 3 more hours we got a room and nurses came in every hour for vitals again, after another 2 hours the doctor said she was ready for us then a nurse came in and did my blood preasure like normal, blood oxygen and pulse all like normal and temperature, the temperature was normal, pulse was lower than it usually is but still normal range at 60 around and blood oxygen was i think 100, but blood preasure was weird, at first the nurse looked concerned and said the clampy thing was too small, she got a new one and it clamped on me, alarms went really loud on the machine and said blood preasure extremely high, I also noticed my hands were yellow and felt like leather and my sweat seemed to act like adhesive is the best way to describe it on my hands but didnt tell the nurse because i didnt get sleep since 2am and it was now 5am the next day, the blood preasure i belive was like 136/92 and i googled whatever it was and it said it was a stage 2 something emergency, dont remember though was a long time ago now, the nurse then said she thought it was broken with a concerned look and left, about 10 minutes later the doctor came in and did some physical tests like grip, push, pull and all those strength tests, then she did ankle and knee reflexes and said something along the lines of ''i'd say it was just a major migraine'' and gave a prescription for a medicine then just sent us home after 12.5 hours of waiting,

at home, the shocky feeling changed from gripping and pushing on stuff to pulses or waves along my hands, the static shocks are i think gone now as i cant feel them doing anything anymore, but the random pulses cause me to lose grip on stuff and its annoying and hurts. Also about the numbness in my forearm, i tested a toothpick on it and felt no pain. Also could be placebo but feel an aching pain in my right cheek in between my lips and the big jaw muscle, feels like its spreading to my neck too.

Feeling fine right now aside from jaw aches and shocks,

Any help is appriciated,

Thanks.
