Question
I'm a beginner at calisthenics, training for month and a half. Mainly doing pull-ups, push-ups and dips. I recently got a problem with nerve irritation. For example, when I shrug my shoulders and just let them drop down, I feel a slight nerving burn in meaty part of my outer palm, more left than right. Has anyone had this and what to do to get rid of it?
