Hi everyone,

I have noticed something in Google Business Profile listings.

There are many businesses that do not seem to have a proper physical presence at the listed location, but their GBP profiles are still live with phone numbers added.

On the other hand, when we try to create or update GBP listings for genuine businesses, even after completing video verification, adding or displaying the phone number can sometimes become difficult.

My question is: how are some SEOs managing to get phone numbers approved on these listings? Is there a specific process, trust factor, or GBP history involved?

I am not asking for any black-hat method. I just want to understand what could be causing this difference and how to handle genuine business listings properly.
