
I ordered an ASUS TUF F16 from the official ASUS India website💻. The checkout process was normal, pincode was accepted and payment went through successfully✅️ After which the order status moved to “Packaged.📦”
In my case, the status remained on “Packaged📦” for around 15 days. I got worried after only 4 days😅 So i decided to contact ASUS📞 During this period, customer support responses were not very clear and varied, including statements like delivery not being feasible or the order being under review😑. Even after escalation, there was no immediate change in status and I essentially had to wait through the processing period😌.
After this stage, the shipment was eventually generated and the order moved forward normally, with courier assignment and dispatch happening after that🫠.
Overall, the experience felt a bit slow and confusing during the initial phase😑 But the order was eventually fulfilled✅️. It was somewhat frustrating, but the process did complete in a steady manner.
Moral of the story: You have to wait 15 days for shipment of the order. Nothing will help you, even customer service, case escalation, nothing🥲
