Got called into an investigation meeting for using my phone on shop floor/till. I’ve already had like 3 lets talks about it before and recently used it while serving a customer which I know was dumb.

I know it’s my fault and I’m not trying to deny anything, just wondering what I should realistically expect from this. Never had a formal meeting like this before so I’m pretty stressed.
