So I am the guy being charged with "menace, harass, or offend" over emails and calls to Susan Templeman about Gaza. A recurring theme in commentary from ignorant gossiping idiots on the internet has been that it's not because she doesn't want to hear about Gaza, but because she had a problem with my manner. To clear that up, here is an excerpt from her last email to me, specifically saying it's Palestine she doesn't want to hear about. These are her words:

"Your views on Palestine are well understood. Should you wish to obtain constituent support from my office or wish to provide feedback and concerns on other matters you can contact me..."

Ask her. Get your fact straight or stop talking nonsense about a matter that's before the courts. Or who knows, you might end up in court yourself.

I am a Blue Mountains local facing charges over my peaceful Gaza advocacy, specifically over emails and phone messages directed at my local member about the Genocide. On monday the Katoomba local court slapped bail conditions on me which prevent me from driving through Lawson, making it impossible for me to earn my main source of income, Uber driving. I have started a fundraising campaign to help deal with this disruption and the costs of fighting this case.
