I finally broke up with my ambivalent ex
I waited for her for 3 months for an answer. Finally, I confronted her and asked, “What do you want to do?” She said she doesn’t know if she can try again and made it about herself and how she will be seen as the bad one.
We even tried kissing again in thar moment she was the one pushing to try it , and I warned her that we probably wouldn’t feel anything because it would just feel forced and mechanical.
She said a lot of hurtful and manipulative things. At first, I was scared and thought I wouldn’t find someone better, especially after constantly hearing things like “you’re not fun” or “you act like you’re 60,” even though that’s not true :))
But in the end, I actually found someone better.
So if anyone is or was in my situation: don’t get stuck on your ex. There will always be someone out there better someone who will actually choose you and show that they care.
