So I was using my kids’ Chromebook and didn’t remember the password I used when setting it all up a year ago. Went through the steps to reset my password and it asks to verify with the “old password” ya know, the one I DON’T KNOW. So I reset what I THOUGHT was just my profile. Seems like I reset the whole damned laptop. Is there any way to reverse this?! Or did I just loose all my kids work that they’ve done on here because I’m an idiot?! 😒
