I keep receiving this message kahit na kinausap ko na sila na next year ko babayaran yung isang Metrobank cc deliquent account ko. Ku*al sila kausap lalo na yang Leah! Last time na nagcall sila sumikip dibdib ko at sinugod aq sa hospital. Nakiusap ako ng maayos pero mapilit sila kse nalaman nila nasettle ko ung amnesty amount ng isang account ko. Wala na talaga akong extra need ko ulet magipon pero ang kulit nila! Nagemail na din ako sa Metrobank pero hindi nagrereply. Inexplain ko situation ko na since nabayaran ko yung isang Metrobank cc ko, kelangan ko ng time to save money. Pero grabe pangungulit nila. 6 years OD ako at ngayon talaga ako nagaanxiety attack na baka magfile sila ng civil case. Sa tingin nyo po ba magpafile sila?

I have two Metrobank credit card accounts that have been overdue for 6 years. I recently paid the amnesty amount for one of the accounts and was able to close it.

I would like to ask how I can formally request the bank to temporarily stop collection efforts on my remaining account, as I need at least a year to repay the money I borrowed just to settle the first one.

Given my situation, do you think the bank will still proceed with filing a Small Claims case? I am already financially exhausted.
