Can't get a copy of Property irregularity report
I flew with klm earlier this year and ended up getting stuck in amsterdam with no luggage or accomadation. i filed a property irregularity report online and a few days later got my bags. I never received a email with my property irregularity report.
Klm however have rejected my claims for expenses due to extraordinary circumstances. So I am trying to go through my insurance. They want a copy of the property irregularity report and confirmation of delivery.
I am going around in circles on the phone to klm.
They just keep saying they can't send me the info and tell me to ring another number until i end up back at the start.
Is there anyway of getting this report, i have the reference number but no one can seem to help me. Is there somewhere I can email or send a letter or has anyone come across a solution for this before?
They're putting my insurance claim in jeopardy now.
