The thread spool is winding very tightly, or it doesn’t wind at all / Бабіна нитки крутить дуже туго, або взагалі не крутиться
I bought a bartack sewing machine and ran into an issue where the thread spool is unwinding very poorly.
I tried positioning it both higher and lower, but nothing helps. (Before that, it was mounted on a straight-stitch JUKI Jack F5, and everything worked fine.)
When I placed a bearing under the spool, the problem partially improved, but still, when sewing a stitch that requires two penetration points (for example letters), the thread breaks or slips out of the eye.
I’m using D40 thread, a DPx17 needle, and working with canvas.
I feed the thread the same way it’s shown in the manual.
Купив закріпочну швейну машинку і стикнувся з проблемою, що бабіна дуже погано розкручується.
Я пробував поставити її і вище і нижче. Нічого не допомагає. ( до цього вона стояла на прямострочній jack f5, все було добре )
Коли під бабіну поставив підшипник - проблема частково зникла, але все рівно на шві, який потребує 2 точки входу ( літери наприклад ) нитка обривається/вилітає з вушка. Використовую нитку D40, голку DPx17, працюю по брезенту.
Нитку підвожу наче правильно, як показано в інструкції.
