Drainage advice for indoor sauna

I bought a house that has a small wine cellar. I don’t keep wine around long enough to have use of a cellar so I’m converting it to a sauna. The floor is tiled and has ambient heat with no existing drain.

I’m planning to leave that all in place as removing the tile and heat system would be tedious or expensive. So, it seems my best move is to build a raised floor over the tile and permanently disable the floor heating.

I’m worried about drainage and cleaning the space. One wall will be an exterior wall, which I was going to utilize for a ventilation hole. Should I slope the floor to a drain that exits through the same exterior wall? I guess I could use tongue and groove instead of duckboards if I do that. Do I even need to be that worried if I’m cautious with the amount of water I throw on the rocks? I can always leave the door open for an hour after I use it but I don’t know if that’s enough to dry it out completely.
