I found out I was pregnant I was almost 4 weeks(first day of my last period was April 9)

I contacted hey Jane and they sent me the medication. I took the first pill Thursday and inserted the second set of 4 pills yesterday night around 8pm. It’s now 8am here and I havent bled at all yet. I am just getting waves of cramps. Did I do it too early? I am also worried it could be etopic. I contacted heyjane but they haven’t gotten back. I might have to do another round after 24 hours if I’m not bleeding by then?
