I love that in the Zoey 101 world we see things like "two way visual phones" (in 2005) what we'd call today an iPhone. We even see a watch-phone hybrid (2006-2007) or an apple phone by today's standards. The imaginative, innovative, creative tech references are so cool especially when you consider when the show originally aired. Were there any other ways the show had futuristic or tech forward references or props? I think webcam date Zoey and Chase had in season 4 was pretty ahead of its time.

I'm a big Zoey 101 fan because I think it's a multi-layered show set in a fun, zany, and California cool world. The characters are likable and interesting. The plot lines were funny but thoughtful. I also have always thought the acting was good overall and more natural when compared to Disney shows. Overall, I'm invested because I think it's a good quality, fun, and unique show that still holds up to this day. What about you? Why are you a fan?
