I have a roommate who is in a court battle with their ex and my roommate has asked me to submit my criminal record to CFS. I have a charge that my lawyer has made a deal with the crown to drop, but it won't be finalized for another couple weeks when I go back to court.
What do I do? This will be dropped and not on my record after this is finalized, but as of now they can see it. I can't just move either, nowhere to go.
Can they try and use this against me and have my roommate kick me out? (charge has nothing to do with kids, plaintiff is a retirement age)
