Hi, im confused because of IUI. My doc said to start letrozole at day 3 but im unsire about which day is it today 1st or 2nd? Because my periods started yeaterday with brownish discharge but at night around 10 it was red and needed a pad for it too. Now im confused should I start letrozole from tomorrow or day after tomorrow?

I saw my trigger completely vanished yesterday. But today i testen twice the morning one looked nothing to me but the afternoon one i don't know if my eyes are trying to find the second line but I feel there's a second line which is v v v v v v faint . Does somebody have eyes for the lines plsss help
