Which one is better deal

Use Case: Gaming. Titles: Escape from Tarkov. STALKER 2.
Preferred Specs: 32GB RAM, RTX 5060 or higher tier
Hi, everyone. Now I’m hesitating between these two. I know their tier and price range are different. I just wonder which one would be a better deal. My scenario is to play Escape from Tarkov (I aim to stay at 60FPS in the street of Tarkov) and STALKER 2.
Or should I wait until July 4th to buy gaming laptop since there’s no really sweet discount in major retailers now?
