Here, the 1 car gets into the back of the 2 car. They again make contact off the corner twice, culminating in them both wrecking. From an outsider's perspective, it is tough to tell whether or not the 2 car had full control of his vehicle after the initial bump.

Is this the 1 car's fault, the 2 car, or was it a bump and run gone wrong and therefore a racing incident?
