Reta Skinny Fat Female 45 yo

Has Retatrutide actually worked for anyone who’s “skinny fat”?

I’m a 45-year-old female, 5’3”, 125 lbs. I’ve always struggled to lose the last 10lbs of stubborn fat, no matter how clean I eat or how much I work out.
Before starting Reta, I was already eating around a 1,200-cal day and exercising regularly:
Lagree twice a week + Tennis once a week
I’m now at the end of week 4:
Week 1: 0.25 mg
Week 2: 0.5 mg
Week 3: 0.75 mg
Week 4: 1.0 mg (started yesterday)
The plan is to increase to 1.5 mg next, then 2 mg in week 6.

So far I’ve only lost about 1 pound. I do look and feel a little more toned, but I’m not sure if that’s from the medication or just from my workouts.
I’m starting to wonder if I’m working just as hard as I was before Reta, without seeing much additional benefit. For those who were already lean or “skinny fat” when they started, did you eventually see better results once you reached higher doses? Or did you realize it just wasn’t the right med for you?

I’m feeling pretty frustrated and would love to hear from people with a similar starting point.
