Manager scheduled me when I'm unavailable (USA)

Ok....I'm trying to figure this situation out and here is what I've come up with.

Previous scheduling manager is training at another store to be a GM. So someone new is doing the schedule. For the 2nd week in a row the new manager doing it has schedule me to work a day i am unavailable. I have a weekly therapy appointment. I have always been unavailable on this day since started working there a year and a half ago.

I did tell her after the first time if it happened again I would put my shift up. HOWEVER she has me schedule for 5am that day. I ADORE the weekday opening manager do here's what im thinking. We both have to be at work at 5am tomorrow. I'm thinking of talking to her tomorrow explaining what's going on and TELLING her NOT asking that I will work the first 4 hours until 9 and after that I have to leave because of my appointment. There are at the MOST 4 people in the store at that time so I won't leave her in a lurch because someone can't listen and is scheduling me when I can't work. Does this sound like a good compromise to this situation?

Autogreeter (USa)

Has your autogreeter ever caused you massive amounts of stress? I was on lane 2/cash. I was in the storage room 5 feet off the ground on a ladder getting LG drink cups before dinner rush during a slow point. I waited for it to finish...and unfortunately ours says to go ahead and order. The person starts to order at the same time i said I need a moment.... he then proceeded to start again. I then said AGAIN I need just a moment "Well it said to go ahead and Order." I then explained I'm nowhere near the register and will be there in a second. He orders and pulls up to the window and you can tell hes fuming...like dude I can't help what it says. We can't help what they put on the greeter and it's not like I stand there picking my fingernails waiting for someone to pull up and give me something to do. I have a job which I need to stay busy at. Not wait for you to decide you are hungry and come get something to eat.
