I’m a gay man(23m) and was wondering if there are any gay smoking bars? I went to pit stop but it was non smoking :( , any recommendations? It doesn’t have to be totally gay bar, just a bar that is smoking and has gay guys in it! ( I don’t care what age)

Hi, I am looking to travel to Philly/New York affordably. My preferred price range is between $25-60 a night. Any recommendations?
