pulled over last night with a thcA pen (Tx)
i was given a harge of a possesion of a THC cart + speeding (hence why i got pulled over)
amd i going to be a felon?! this seems a bit absurd imo. what do i do? should i claim not guilty? fight in court?
edit- sorry but im super new to all this. i would greatly appreciate it if there was SOMEONE who could give advice. thank you.
